A beautiful rural site near Llanfair Caereinion in Mid Wales.

We produced a concept design scheme to enable early pre-application discussions with the planning authority. This was helpful towards developing a full scheme for a planning submission.

​

A design and build project in partnership with Ty Cefn Builders. From the outset we were able to engage the clients with the builder which was helpful in value engineering the design.

 

It is nearing completion and more information and photographs will be available in early 2023.
