Y Felin

Replacement dwelling located on the site of an old woollen mill adjacent near Llansilin. This dwelling lies adjacent to a stream and we relocated the house outside of the flood zone.

A simple design aimed to ensure that self builders Mike and Naomi could complete the scheme once Ty Cefn Ltd had taken the construction up to first fix.

The project is still in progress on site in spring 2025.
